Out of all these teams, Europe's footballing titans are being highly favoured by bookmakers to succeed. Manchester City and Real Madrid are given the greatest of these odds at 4/1 to win. With top squads and the managerial expertise of Carlo Ancelotti and Pep Guardiola, this is no surprise. They are then followed by Bayern Munich, who are given odds of 7/1. Other European teams which pose a threat are Chelsea, Inter Milan, and Atlético Madrid, but it's important to say these aren't the only ones. All of these teams have demonstrated success both domestically and internationally over the years, making them a sure force to be reckoned with and a significant obstacle for the other clubs. However, football’s unpredictable nature ensures that South American heavyweights such as Palmeiras, River Plate, and Flamengo could steal the show. Furthermore, teams like Al Ahly and Botafogo, often considered underdogs, are also poised to defy expectations and make their mark. The 2025 Club World Cup will be a great opportunity for them to showcase their skill under the world's spotlight, fuelling their desire to succeed.
